What is required to process my request?
The minimum required information are the types of order (example: calendars), quantity, the design, and the contact number of the person or company making the order. Other details (numbering, binding, die-cut, etc.) will be asked depending on the order requirements.
How long will it take to process my order?
This varies among orders. Rest assured that once the layout or artwork has been finalized, we will provide you with the order's turnaround time.
How do I place an order?

What are my paper choices?
We have a wide variety of papers that you can select from. Some orders however, will require specific paper types. To get a better idea of the type of paper you will need, our offices have paper samples on hand for your viewing.
Does FCP also sell papers?
Yes, we have papers of different kinds and sizes available for sale.
Are files with RGB colors accepted?
Unfortunately, we only accept files configured for CMYK colors. If you have a design in RGB, please convert it to CMYK first before sending it to us. Thank you.
Are 3D printing services offered?
Unfortunately, we do not offer 3D printing services.
